What NOT to expect when you're expecting

Pregnancy feels like something I did in a previous life now my youngest is four. But those pregnancy side effects are burned on my memory. Beware, the phrase "swollen vulva" does appear in this article. If that makes you squeamish, may I suggest you harden up.
